Project: Product Optimization in Callidus Commission System

Project Over View: Responsible in TrueComp and TrueProducer Testing. Responsible for Processing various commissionable and non-commissionable transactions on policies processed in ALIP System. Responsible for running DI batch jobs to import the ALIP Transactions into TrueComp by using Putty and UNIX shell script. Validate the commissions in TrueComp and back end through SQL queries. Having knowledge to validate separate types of reports like Commission Statement, DTCC Feed, SAP GL etc. Responsible to validate Agent Ok to Sell for the particular product and states using SOAP UI. Also involved to set appropriate commission contract Codes for the particular Agents in Producer Pro or TrueProducer. Defect Tracking in HP ALM, JIRA. Prepared Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Daily Status Report, Weekly Status Report Involved in Daily Status Call with Onsite coordinates and Providing walkthrough to the Client.

Roles & Responsibility:

SAP Commission (Callidus Commission System):

● Responsible for running DI batch jobs via Informatica and Putty to import the ALIP Transactions into True Comp by using Putty and Unix shell script.

● Having knowledge in full True Comp data flow and management.

● Knowledge in Rules creation and Modification with their appropriate Credit Types in True Comp for Credits, Measurements, Incentives and Deposits.

● Responsible to create and load Participants, Position and their Relationship through OGPT, OGPO & OGPR files in True comp through Validate and Transfer process.

● Hands on experience in tracking Order ids, Transactions etc. both backend and frontend.

● Involved in Pipeline initiation in True Comp to validate different types Commissions Validation like First Year Commission, Renewal Year Commission, Override Commission, Bonus Commission, Split Commission, Chargeback Commission, Vesting Commission.

● Played a key role in ETL data check for all the internal tables in True Comp using MySQL & Oracle.

● Involved in Report Generation using Crystal Reports Application also able to validate the Data and Formats.

● Responsible to validate different types of feeds like SAP GL Feeds, Payryte Commission Statement Feed, K51, Payryte Transfers Feed, DTCC Repo Feed etc.

Producer Pro:

● Having End to End flow of Producer Pro system also having knowledge the internal table details of this system.

● Responsible for Web services validation prior to Policy issue using Producer Pro in SOAP UI.

● Managing different Producer pro workspaces like Position workspace and different hierarchies.

● Involved to set appropriate Data setup for the particular Agents in Producer Pro or True Producer.

● Responsible for syncing data between Producer Pro & True Comp.

● Responsible for data load in Book of Business.

Workflows:

● Responsible for manual onboarding of producers via workflows in Producer Pro.

● Involved in Commission workflows trigger and calculation in True Comp.

Project Over View:

Care Choice One is a single premium whole life product with a Qualified Long Term Care Insurance Rider (LTCI Rider). The LTCI Rider has an optional inflation protection feature. If elected the LTC benefit pool along with the maximum monthly benefit would increase annually at 5% compound interest. The LTCI Rider also has a partial return of premium feature.

Project 2: Whole Life Re-Design

Project Over View: The Policy Processor (TPP) System is developed by EBix. It takes insurance companies weeks, sometimes months, to underwrite a policy. Much of the information is collected through traditional faxes and mail. Information is entered into multiple systems, multiple times, making the process redundant and exposed to errors. An underwriter often has to rely on third party data sources like the MIB, MVR, APS/Paramed, and Inspection Companies to make decisions. Planet Interact addresses the challenge by providing a framework that can cohesively tighten the process by collecting data through web-based interfaces, intelligently routing workflow based on business rules, and connecting internal and external systems.
