Currently Working as Deputy Director for Financial Sector with over 10 years of rich experience in Policy Advocacy in the Financial Sector primarily in the field of Insurance, Banking, NBFCs, FinTech & Financial Inclusion. Involved in policy advocacy and marketing of major CII initiatives in the form of events and stakeholder meetings with Ministry of Finance and Regulators like IRDAI, PFRDA and RBI. Responsible for client servicing and maintaining relations with major Financial Sector organizations and Senior officials of Government entities (RBI, IRDAI, MeiTY, PFRDA, IFSCA) while creating opportunities to present important issues with respect to their industries. Has a deep knowledge of the Financial Sector and Energy sector and has conducted Research (Primary & Secondary) by developing reports for project owners such as – Department For International Development (Govt. of UK), United Nations Industrial Development Organization, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Exxon Mobil and IBA etc.

• Youngest to represent Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for presenting the Financial Analysis of waste to energy project to the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE)
• Conducted Financial Feasibility study of 12 select Bio-Methanation plants in India and created a medium through which funding was released via Banks. The study was conducted in partnership with UNIDO.
• Campaigning and marketing of CII events on RE Invest inaugurated by Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi
• Responsible for conducting a Round-table meeting involving the then Finance Minister – Late Shri Arun Jaitley and International CEOs at the World Food India Summit
• Leading a team of 04 for content development on BFSI sector
• Spearheaded policy advocacy activities in the Insurance sector by submitting recommendations to RBI, IRDAI and PFRDA
• A course on “Commercial Banking in India” (NCFM, NSE’s certification in Financial Market)
• Represented school and college team in Cricket & Football

• Responsible for stakeholder consultation with respect to the Financial sector and provide content for policy advocacy to the concerned Regulator/ Ministry
• Liaison with Government, Corporate clients & consultants to achieve the objectives of projects
• Business Development - Identifying prospective clients, understanding their requirement & developing strategic roadmaps to raise policy level issues in Financial services sector
• Client Servicing and maintaining relationship with CII Members and highlighting key issues to the relevant authority Creating and drafting of Financial Conditions Index (Quarterly Report) in association with Indian Banks Association Excel based Financial Modeling for various activities related to Financial Feasibility Reports Single Point of contact for CEOs of Financial Services Sector Companies such as Insurance, NBFCs, Banking and FinTech & Inclusion + PE & VCs Developing presentations for CII – Top Management to represent to the Government
• Marketing and highlighting major CII initiatives in the Financial Sector such as Insurance Summit, Financial Markets Summit, Banking Summit, Global Exhibition on Services, CII Annual Session, The Growth Net Summit etc
• Developing Press Release for the events conducted and the announcements made by various Ministries
• Part of the team to develop marketing strategy for bigger CII objectives like “Make in India”, RE- Invest, Annual Session, Energy and Security Conferences, Bio-Energy Summit, India Integrated Transport & Logistics Summit, etc
• Responsible for print advertising campaigns for large CII events.
