A results-driven Assistant Store Manager with a strong foundation in business management and a proven record of early advancement. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University, gaining a solid grounding in business principles and management practices. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in marketing and finance from Vidyasagar University. On 15th July 2024, I began my professional journey with V-Mart Retail Ltd. as a Management Trainee. Although the training and assessment period was scheduled for six months, I successfully completed the evaluation in just three months due to my performance and dedication. As a result, I was promoted to Assistant Store Manager and posted at the Cooch Behar location.
