- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
- Identify testable conditions and create test scenarios
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
- Define scope, objectives, test environments, timelines, and deliverables.
- Execute test cases manually on the application.
- Verify that the software behaves as expected across different use cases and platforms
- Log defects with detailed information
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and verify fixes.
- Re-test previously tested functionalities after changes to ensure nothing is broken.
- Assist in UAT by preparing data and guiding business users.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts,
- API testing via Postman and Performance testing via Jmeter.
- Performing daily operation task using Service Now - RITM , Change management and incidents.
- Proficient in backup tool PPDM and Avamar by Dell.
