• Maintaining relationship and coordinating with different government administrative and judiciary bodies for effective recovery of bad debts. Co-Ordinate with Bank emplaned valuator, wealth tax approve valuator for time-to-time Valuation of the mortgage property for various occasion.
• Stakeholder Management – conducting quarterly review with business and credit team for updating them about the recent development in the portfolio regarding recovery and legal action. Also providing feedback regarding fraud accounts and quality of funding.
• Intimate RCU team regarding suspected fraud case for further investigation.
