• Designed Hood assembly and Fender assembly from initial style data for digital mock up from concept phase till developing phase on lines of design for quality, cost, manufacturability and assembly in Renault V3P as well as Agile development process.
• Collaborated with process, packaging, styling, CAE team and other stakeholders to iteratively develop and implement product improvements in design phase to enhance performance, feasibility, reduce costs and facilitate carry over and carry across different projects.
• Created and released 2D drawings in CAD.
• Prepared technical documents, documents related to budget approval and purchase requests for supplier parts in SAP.
