Description: Comprehensive end to end synthetic testing platform for network, service performance and customer experience. Measuring performance KPI's like throughput, Latency, jitter, etc for 3G, 4G, 5G and Mobile Edge Computing (MEC)

Responsibilities :

• Developed backend server with Spring Boot, involving different layers of the application including entity/model, DAO/repository, Controller, Service, Business, and Persistence.
• Model Development & Training: Developing, fine-tuning, and training large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI models (Gemini).
• Prompt Engineering: Crafting effective prompts to guide AI for specific outputs like text, images, or code.
• Application Building: Creating AI-powered solutions for chatbots, content generation, recommendation systems, or creative workflows.
• Involved in creating and designing a database, and connect database with Hibernate (ORM)
• Involved in the authentication process. Configured Spring for customized JwtTokenProvider, incorporated JwtFilter, yet not conflicting global CORS requirement.

• Handling client change requests and enhancements on an Agile based development platform.

• Used Spring MVC with Hibernate framework.
• Designed POJO to solve ORM with the Postgres
• Incorporated react-redux for global state management, mainly for the authentication process, and added redux-thunk for asynchronous handling.
• Navigated with react-router.
• For each component, managed state with React's internal state object, setState(asynchronous) as minimal as possible.
• Utilized React's life cycle, including componentDidMount, shouldComponentUpdate, and componentWillUnmount, etc for performance boosting and bug fixing.
• Used react-bootstrap for styling and responsive web design.

Description: Omega is a web based application which is used in Tablet by verizon field technician for troubleshooting, fault isolation, provisioning and activation of FiOS video,data and voice services. This application will have list of jobs which needs to be done for a field tech. Each job will be associated with a new installation of FiOS service or maintenance for existing FiOS services.

Description: DTIx is an web based application version of the ITS which allows users to perform testing and diagnostics for transmission as well as switch-based problems. DTIx also provides users with a common desktop platform consolidating all network topology Information and accommodating all network-testing needs. It incorporated various testing systems of WorldCom. There are various testing systems present for various kinds and types of switches (Network Elements).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing Front-end GUI using Swing/Struts
• Responsible for implementing CORBA interfaces to communicate to server in ITS and in DTIx implemented socket communication.
• Involved in implementing GUI for Agilent traffic analyzer (DNA Agent Distributed Network Analyzer) in ITS.
• Involved in implementing GUI for Various DS1/DS3/VoIP,FiOS,HSI/POTS/MPLS Testing screens in ITS and DTIx

Description: ITS is rich Swing Application which allows users to perform testing and diagnostics for transmission as well as switch-based problems. ITS also provides users with a common desktop platform consolidating all network topology Information and accommodating all network-testing needs. It incorporated various testing systems of WorldCom. There are various testing systems present for various kinds and types of switches (Network Elements). Each of these testing systems was developed by various companies that the WorldCom merged with. ITS deals with integrating all these test systems in one platform and will be a single point of contact for testing as a whole. Thus ITS talks to all the other testing systems present. ITS interfaces with other systems and presents one common GUI to interact with the testing system as a whole.
