My name is Arishka and I have a versatile professional career of over 24 years with a wealth of experience some of which were of a Business Head overseeing departments of Business development, Sales, Marketing and Operations. The other experiences are of a Marketing Head, and Corporate Trainer of communication skills and product training.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the business landscape. As a Business Head, I have successfully steered organizations towards growth and profitability, utilizing my expertise in sales, operations, and overall business management.

My accomplishments as a Marketing Head reflect my innovative mindset and ability to create impactful marketing strategies, resulting in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Additionally, as a Corporate Trainer, I have imparted my knowledge and skills to develop and inspire teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

With my diverse skill set and passion for driving success, I have consistently delivered exceptional results and positively influenced the organizations I have been a part of.

I have recently upskilled myself with learning several tools of AI that are used for marketing as well as for sales and operations. I have also enrolled for a 6 months immersive program designed in collaboration with INSEAD, Paris. The name of the program is Strategic Management and Business Essentials and is a weekend program.

Successfully set up Eco Friendly company for my husband in June 2020 and set up handmade paper factory for the same company in November 2021
