• App development and implementation in Syndigo 8x-Created an external functionality which is not an out of the box functionality of syndigo like getting all the details related to a particular entity and converting that into XML.Also implemented trigger event to trigger that particular app when there will be any data change in deeply nested attributes .Written custom BRs and did data model changes.
• Institutional Entity Management - Build Customer Master Data Management B2B solution for a US-based insurance firm. The methodology was agile. We have integrated different CRM systems like Salesforce, CAS, and PRISM with Stibo STEP to master customer data so that clients can derive useful insights related to customers and improve customer experience. The project mastered client firm and contact information data (Organization entity and Contact Entity) with relationship to the Plan entity. Match and Merge rules were in place. Loqate integration was used to standardize the address data coming from different sources. The deduplicated golden records were published to downstream systems.
• Enterprise product and entity Management- Developed a Customer and Product Master Data Management (CMDM and PIM) B2B solution for a UK-based publishing firm. The project followed an agile methodology, integrating various CRM systems with Stibo STEP to master both customer and product data. This enabled the client to derive valuable insights related to customer and product relationships, ultimately improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Institutional product management - Led the development of a comprehensive Product Master Data Management (PIM) solution for a US-based telecommunication firm. Utilized Stibo Systems' STEP platform to create a robust B2B data management system that streamlined product information across multiple channels.Designed and configured complex data models within Stibo MDM to accommodate various product types and attributes. Ensured alignment with business rules and provided a scalable structure to support evolving product information. Managed event processing within the Stibo MDM platform, ensuring timely and accurate updates to product data. Implemented event triggers and notifications to facilitate real-time data synchronization and responsiveness.
