Integration of data and services - Established Anganwadi, ASHA, ANM (AAA) platform at block level in 190 rural anganwadi centers in co-ordination with block, district stakeholders for delivery of quality health and nutrition services.

Capacity building of 100 health supervisors through training and handholding around Maternal Neo- natal Child Health Nutrition (MNCHN) concepts, data and reporting.

Improved service delivery of 24 Health & Wellness Centers through training of community health officers around services; initiating sector level meetings for planning & data integration.

Inculcation of Supportive Supervision practices in 73 block supervisory cadres through capacity building, handholding and joint field visits.

Designed and roll-out for rationalization of registers of 116 ASHAs for data integration mechanism (adopted by MP govt.)

Liasoned with health department for capacity building of 33 labour room staffs via nurse mentoring interventions and supporting in major government programs.

Monitored and evaluated the impact of programs and built direct/indirect relation with changing indicator in overall health outcomes at district level.

Facilitated behavior change in WASH - 75 lakh rupees credit mobilized from the community for construction of toilets and safe drinking water facilities in ~3000 households.

Strengthened local governance of 15 panchayats through strategic engagement with block officials and capacity building of panchayat representatives, gram sabha and wards.
