• Part of MyGate core leadership team and heading the New Initiatives team for the Org.
• As a BU head, primarily responsible to launch Corporate SAAS vertical for the Org 'MyGate Business' at a 0 to 1 level.
• Owned multi-functional responsiblities, being the 1st member of the BU starting from Market study, TG, Product, Events, Lead Gen, Content and Sales.

• Part of the core Razorpay leadership team, leading the Neobanking SAAS product vertical for the Org, primarily responsible for New customer acquisitions and adoption to variety of Products under Razorpay ecosytem.
• Responsible for end to end Onboarding of New Merchants. Spearheaded multiple products including Payouts, Escrow, Procure to Pay. Actively supported cross BU verticals like Payroll, Corporate Cards and Payment Gateway to upsell other Razorpay products to the Merchants.
• Led a 40 member Sales team (30 Core Sales and 10 Pre Sales) with B2B Experience and scaled the team from a 1.5K Active base to a 4.5K Active base in 4 quarters.
• Drive multiple Cross functional complex projects in the BU, New Initiatives to sign-up larger Enterprise deals.

• Part of the Founding team for Practo Care Surgeries. Started with Hiring and building it to a 300+ Membered team. Grew Sales revenue from 0 to 1000 Surgeries a Month in a 3 months Timeframe from inception.
• Established a B2C Org generating 8Cr Revenue a month in the 3rd month of Inception of the Business.
• Set up the Inside Tele-Sales team based out from HO and operating PAN India.

• Leading South India Tier 1 and Tier 2 Markets and was responsible for Top line for the region (Total of 15 Cities including 3 major Tier 1 Cities)
• Led a 70 member team spread across the Region and has been pivotal in launching multiple Tier 2 Markets in the Region.
• Formulate and executed the Tele-consultation Product 'Practo Consult' in the Tier-2 Markets. Online Consultation grew to a 75L MRR Business in a short span from scratch during COVID Lockdown.

- Early member of the Org and has been crucial in setting up the Ad Sales and SAAS businesses. Each of these BUs are Profitable and 10Cr+ in Revenue today.

- Heading 2 major Top 6 cities (Chennai & Hyderabad) and was leading the Sales function for the BU. Primarily responsible for the Top line for these 2 regions across the Marketplace products (Practo Ray SAAS, Practo Reach Ads and Practo Prime)

- Was responsible for the Zones Quality metrics like CSAT, Market Penetration, Consumer and Patient Experience
