Mainly coordinating with heads.analysecapexes for appropriate justification and track all capexes to control time and cost over runs., Initiate systematic analysis of productivity losses and down time on monthly basis, requesting appropriate function to take corrective actions by regular RCFAs., Circulating projections for the quarter in coordination with concerned unit accountants. The projections should reflect appropriate changes in currency, RM prices and utility prices., Organizing discussion over key issues as highlighted from time to time., Co-ordinate with Vertical and Regional Heads for various business activities., Regularly check raw material price movement and point out any aberration for immediate control., Preparing Presentations, reports comparatives for Director as and when required., Retail Sale price survey & analysis., Manpower handling of team size 20-30 persons for special projects of CEO office.
