· Coordinating with departments like Production Planning Stores, Warehouse management / Inventory Management regarding production goals, timelines, stock availability and replenishment plan accordingly.
· Filing Shipping Instruction to the liners for the BL. Preparing HBl and FCR and provide to the shipper on time.
· Arrange bookings for the export shipments (Container Releasing Oder) and resolve emergency issues on a priority basis. Ensuring that the containers are gated in before the cut off and avoiding any shutout.
· Interacting with CHA and shippers for a smooth process. Coordinate with freight carriers and schedule shipments. Filling VGM for the export shipments.
· Provide Debit notes to the shipper. Handling Co Load Shipments with other Freight Forwarders. Resolve query in exports shipments based On Shipper Requirement.
· Management of CRM platform to record and track customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
· Filing shipping bill and bill of entry through ICE gate. Interacting with shipper and freight Forwarder for clearance process.
· Arrange the export and import documents from the shipper and Forwarder for customs clearance and submit the same after clearance to the shipper with debt notes.
· Part of the Customer Services team for the program. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
· Proactively use emails and chat services to ensure end to end problem understanding and speedy resolutions. Ensure timely follow-ups to address the concerns completely.
