  • Ensuring kitchen store are maintained and replenished as per requirements.
  • Gained expertise in the sandwiches and salads section and do all the mise in place for the Ala carte. Processing vegetables and meats ( seafood, chicken and red meat) and ensured that this fresh cuts are reaching the chef as pre-requirements.
