- Working closely with technical, maintenance, and operations professionals to troubleshoot operational issues and assist in the installation of new instruments and equipment.
- Monitoring and recording the values of all HVAC systems, as well as creating a database of building records to provide data for energy efficiency improvements.
- Handling the preventive maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, and building equipment, including cooling towers, SIMPLEX Fire alarm system, and INOTEC Central battery system.
- Conducting routine checks to ensure the proper operation of all control equipment, such as SPDUs (smart power distribution units) and TSEs (Treated sewage effluent).
- Responsible for maintaining relative humidity and temperature inside data center server rooms, as well as monitoring CRAH operations and performance.

- Handling Civil Defense inspections and conducting fire drills in collaboration with the appropriate officials.
