Company Overview: CL Educate is India’s leading listed EdTech company, the equity shares of which are traded on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

• Oversee the Finance and Legal functions for all group entities across India, Singapore, Indonesia, and the USA.
• Partnering with business leadership to drive profitable growth.
• Led the acquisition of NSEIT Limited, a step-down subsidiary of NSE Limited, for Rs. 230 cr.
• Led a fundraising of Rs. 200 crore from a consortium to support the aforementioned acquisition.
