• Having knowledge of Foundation, Erection & Stringing Activity.
• Daily tool box talks to Workmen at site before starting the work.
• Tool & tackle Inspection which is used at site during Foundation, Erection & Stringing Activity.
  Identified unsafe act & condition at site & take corrective action.
• Training of Safe Work procedure to the workmen, height fitters, subcontractor supervisor.
  Maintaining records of TBT , Tools & tackles Inspection, tractor Inspection, PPEs, and Unsafe Act & Condition at site.
• Inspection of work site for identification unsafe Act and unsafe condition.
  Selection, use and inspection of PPE.
• To provide and ensure all existing employees and contractors have been briefed, updated and trained on technical support to all facility departments relating to Health, Safety, Environment, Training and Security.
  To ensure new employees and contractors are given safety, health and environment orientation with the first week of their joining the Company.
• To Conduct safety Equipment inspections and rectify all maintenance and operation issues.
