• Initially joined Gofrugal India Pvt Ltd in September 2022 as a Member Technical Staff and transitioned to Zoho Corporation following its acquisition in June 2023.
• Currently part of the core development team building a next-generation CRM platform from the ground up, integrating essential modules such as Customer Management, Campaign Management, Loyalty Programs, Data Migration, and other key enterprise functionalities.
• Involved across the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support.
• Responsible for front-end development using AngularJS, ensuring a highly responsive and intuitive user interface, while maintaining code scalability and modularity.
• Work on back-end services using Node.js, handling business logic, API development, and integration with internal and third-party services.
• Actively manage codebase using Git, ensuring best practices in version control, code reviews, and continuous integration.
• Utilize Zoho's proprietary tools such as Catalyst, along with industry-standard platforms for configuration management, automation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, and product teams to ensure a user-first approach and robust product quality.
