HX711 Load Sensor and AWS Lead January 2022 – August 2022
A 16x2 LCD display, an Arduino Uno, jumper wires, and Arduino programming were used to develop
and construct an IR system that could count the number of passengers on a bus simultaneously and
determine whether seats were available
Created an HX711 Load Cell sensor system that could measure user weights, record the seat as
occupied, and transmit the data to AWS
Developed a system that would identify the number of seats on a vehicle before it arrives, and consumers
would be able to view this information in real-time on an app
Connected the above-mentioned system to Amazon Web Services, which would relay the recorded info to
the server thereby allowing the users access to the seating information
