• Experience above 3+ yrs. in Handling Project procurement for mechanical machinery, utility, consumable items in RASHMI GROUP from FEB 2022 to till date with current designation as ENGINEER.

Completion of Project at Rashmi Group:

• 1. Stacker & Reclaimer 2.5MTPA at RML3
• 2. Wagon Tippler at RML1
• 3. SMS Phase 1 at RML3
• 4. Slag Recycling Plant at RML4

Currently Responsible for Active projects:

• 1. Pellet (2.4 MTPA) inside Rourkela Steel Plant for OMSPL
• 2. Pellet (2.4 MTPA) Phase 2 for RML3
• 3. SMS (Phase-2 & 3) for RML1 & RML3
• 4. Wagon & Truck Tippler 4MTPA (Phase-2) for RML3
• 5. Stacker & Reclaimer (Phase 2) for RML5
• 6. Slag Recycling (PHASE 4) for RML3 & RML5
• 7. Stacker & Reclaimer (Phase 2)—on-going

Job Activities:

• Carryout responsibility of planning & schedule of procurement as per need.
• Maintain a work-time of 8-9hr throughout the year.
• Monitor price variation of materials and procure best material by maintaining quality and technical with company guideline.
• Having knowledge of various mechanical items, some of the highlights are Gear-Box, Gear-Motor, couplings, Cooling Tower,Various Pumps ,Pipe-fittings, Conveyor Belts , Mills, Scrubbers & many more.
• Need to generate PO in SAP system in daily basis.
• Interpreted engineering drawings, part lists, and production bills of materials to make informed purchase decisions.
• Analyzed vendors and suppliers to select most suitable to deliver high-quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiated lead-time, cost and quality to obtain maximum company benefit.
• Liaised with vendors and suppliers on delivery schedule to achieve on-time delivery of final product.
• Supported purchase efforts and negotiated best payment terms and contract conditions to maintain high level of integrity.
• Track and maintain all previous PO material status & payment forecast.
• Maintained documentation for all purchases.
• Trained and mentored junior engineers, providing guidance and direction.
• Studied corrections from senior engineers/Managers to learn and grow professionally.
