In my current role at The Legist, a full-time Intellectual Property Rights firm, I focus on protecting trademarks, copyrights, and designs for our clients.

As an associate, my responsibility include drafting legal suits related to the protection and infringement of trademarks, copyrights, and designs for various sports, apparel brands, as well as for select FMCG brands.

Working closely with the litigation team, I regularly appear before district courts and, when necessary, before High Courts. Additionally, I actively participate in mediation proceedings aimed at settling disputes before they escalate.

• I have been employed with Nanda & Nanda Advocates, a law firm located in East of Kailash, New Delhi, for over two years. In my role as an associate, I have successfully accomplished various tasks, including drafting appeals in both civil and criminal cases, preparing writ petitions before High court, and handling civil suits as well. I have consistently represented clients before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and the District courts of Delhi.
• Additionally, I have gained experience assisting my senior in arbitration-related natters. I am proficient in drafting bail applications for both at district level as well as before High court.
• Furthermore, I regularly draft, appear, and argue cases in Delhi District courts, encompassing civil and criminal matters, as well as matrimonial cases. Handling, drafting, and filing of writ petition and various other applications is also a part of my responsibilities.
• I am experienced in representing clients before the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi, and handling cases listed therein. In the realm of arbitration, I am well-versed in preparing petitions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, along with Statement of Claim, Statement of Defence, and various other miscellaneous applications.
• Additionally, I handle Broadcasting Petition before the Telecom Dispute Redressal Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), New Delhi.
• My responsibility also extends to drafting miscellaneous agreements and contracts, including but not limited to Arbitration Agreements, Letter if Intents, Sponsorship Agreements, and various other miscellaneous agreements and contracts, including but not limited to Arbitration Agreements, Letter of Intent, Sponsorship Agreements and various other miscellaneous legal documents..

During my tenure as an associate with Mr. Kaushik, I began arguing on the miscellaneous applications. I was also assigned cases to deal on behalf of the office, which involved strategizing the case structure for the appropriate jurisdiction and devising a working plan for each case.

During the period of internship, my responsibilities included organizing case files and associated orders. Additionally, i was tasked with drafting case materials and conducting related research. As an intern, I also gained experience in various court-related tasks.

During my internship with the legal team at M&S, I efficiently ensured the company's compliance with Labour Laws and assisted in adhering to current legal regulations.
