Armaan Srivatsan

I am currently a Grade 11 student at Shiv Nadar School, Gurgaon, where I actively participate as a member of the U-19 football team. My training includes experiences at both the Bhaichung Bhutia Football School and FC Barcelona (Conscient), and I have achieved success in various tournaments, including the DSBL, SGFI, and Inter-SNS.

Recently, I led a team project for Colloquium 2024, where we developed an innovative glove capable of translating sign language into speech, paired with an app designed to bridge communication gaps for the hearing impaired. This achievement earned us a fully funded trip to CERN, Switzerland, scheduled for December 2024.

In addition to my academic and athletic pursuits, I completed an internship at Grant Thornton Bharat within the Global Logistics and Delivery department in summer 2024. This experience allowed me to refine my problem-solving and multitasking skills, as I took the initiative to manage projects independently while also emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.

Furthermore, I have volunteered with Earth Saviours Foundation, where I played a role in raising ₹2.25 lakhs in 2020 to support migrant labourers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Voluntary Service | The Earth Saviours Foundation

I provided voluntary support for the welfare of abandoned senior citizens and individuals with disabilities living in the NGO's shelter homes. During my time there, I interacted with residents to better understand their challenges and assisted in preparing meals for the shelter.

Social Service | The Little India Foundation
May 2020 - August 2020
I initiated a campaign using my musical talents to raise food and non-perishable items for displaced workers in the Delhi NCR region during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This campaign was highly successful, allowing me to contribute significantly in terms of material resources. Additionally, I partnered with the Little India Foundation for a crowdfunding initiative aimed at rehabilitating and rebuilding the Transit Camp at Tughlaqabad, which had been devastated by a fire, leaving hundreds homeless. Ultimately, I raised over ₹2.25 lakhs for this cause by sharing videos of my guitar performances with friends, family, and colleagues, both in India and abroad.
