Intern as Finance and Customer Relation Mgr
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Data Entry: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM system.
2. Document Management: Organizing, filing, and retrieving documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
3. Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
4. Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and site visits for project managers, engineers, and other team members.
5. Financial Administration: Assisting with tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing.
6. Reporting: Preparing and distributing reports, such as project updates, financial statements, and compliance documents.
7. Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a productive work environment.
