I have used my 6 years of experience at facility concepts to grow within the company. Starting off as a picker then being promoted to shipping team lead. From there I went on to become shipping supervisor. After years of experience in the shipping department I then took over as receiving supervisor. Once I learned this role in the company I was given the title as warehouse supervisor.
