• Acting as functional consultant for various clients through out tenure at Accenture.
• Leading Ariba implementation and support teams across regions from offshore.
• Mentoring resources and training them through different boot camps and trainings held within Accenture.
• Interviewing external and internal candidates for different assignments related to Ariba

Roles at Accenture have been diverse. Listed the roles as per different clients assignments:

• Currently working as Ariba support lead for a US Based AgroSciences client assignment covering US, EMEA, LATAM and upcoming APAC regions.
• This assignment covers Ariba modules as Contracts, Sourcing, SLP, B&I and connected to S4 via CIG.
• Working on automations to help reduce ticket counts.
• Creating new SOPs/QRGs and training documents for the client end users.
• Offshore Ariba & S4 P2P Release lead for a leading Japan based Pharmaceutical client assignment covering Japan, EMEA and US. Role includes activities like:
• End to end Ariba and S4 Hana implementation and integration
• Capturing the business requirements. Arranging analyze workshops with business and understanding the locale- specific requirements and legal boundaries and how system can be implemented keeping all rules in mind
• Designing the functional requirement documents to comply/accommodate with the business requirements and how the changes will be implemented
• Working on the different RICEFs identified during the business requirements phase. Involved in functional configurations required for the changes. Involved in testing of objects (unit, functional, system integration)
• Responsibility was mainly in the integration area and to make both S4 and Ariba system comply with new release changes which was covered through a stringent cut over activity.
• Work on CRs raised by business during UAT
• Defects / Incident resolutions / Post Go-Live Support
• Offshore lead for the Ariba downstream team for a leading US Based Insurance client assignment covering NA, EMEA and APAC areas. Activities included:
• Leading Operations team on behalf of client
• Maintain the Ariba system catering to end user requirements
• Maintaining the integration between Ariba and ECC
• Designing / Implementing the new requirements as per regions
• Designing SOPs/QRGs
• Conducting / Approving the test scenarios
• Guiding the team on punch-out catalogs, Guided Buying configurations
• Offshore P2P support lead of a leading US based Chemicals client assignment and also as a functional SME for SAP eSourcing/CLM. This role covered geo locations of NA, EMEA and APAC.
• Involved in requirements analysis, design documentations, development of custom objects, work on change requests, defect/incident resolutions and production support.
• Working as a single/primary resource (SPOC) for the global release.
• Involved in successful migration from SAP eSourcing/CLM to Zycus. Implemented automation of data migration to Zycus saving 3000+ hours of client effort.
• Involved in implementing SAP SRM system for the client.
• Offshore P2P Support lead of a leading UK based bank client assignment, covering NA, EMEA and APAC, worked and led on production support, incident resolution and training with additional activities as below.
• Mentoring 9 resources from other domains and build up a whole team which is capable of production support.
• Classroom trainer on SAP eSourcing/ CLM within Accenture.
• Streamlining support processes for better and quick resolution.
• Technical consultant for the implementation of SAP eSourcing for a leading UK based Telecommunications client assignment with below activities
• Involved in the eSourcing/CLM implementation for the first release of SAP eSourcing/CLM application in client landscape.
• Responsible for Analyze, Development and Testing of all the modules, Project, RFx, Auction, Contract Management and Supplier Management.
