Strategic Management :-

  • Assisted in setting up the pilot unit of HCM from scratch in Hyderabad as a BCP Initiative. This included Resource Planning, SOP deliverable, Asset Management, Security Management and Training Overview.
  • My role as a SME required to manage case queue for over 6 months via various PeopleSoft softwares such as CCPulse and CMS, Seibel and Cimplicity. It also allows me to bridge any process knowledge for any employee who needs assistance through training, up-skilling and real time monitoring.
  • Acting as a Report Writer using tools like CMS, Tableau and Medallia
  • Enhance Workflow by using a Management Framework GENESYS to optimize various HRIS units such as process management, fault management, configuration, performance, logging, security, message infrastructure, and so on
  • Collaborated with management to drive strategy and implement new processes by using NextGen HCM Tools to obliterate any redundant steps/navigation within the Cloud based HCM tools such as Workforce Now and TheBridge Learning Platform.

  • Worked with the GSO Team to enhance client security by initiating Project Mercury, wherein any emails that required to be sent out to clients was sent though the HCM software Cimplicity rather than sending it through Outlook, which ensured Data Protection is enhanced.
