FATCA-CRS annual reporting (2021, 2022)

• Perform FATCA due diligence, GIIN generation, enrollment of funds with DITC, BVI FARS, IDES and other global portals.
• Preparation of database for FATCA/CRS reporting of various domiciled funds like BVI FARS, DITC, IDES etc.
• Understanding and working knowledge of IRS Forms W-9, W-8, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, W-8ECI, W-8EXP, and W-8IMY and their associated reporting requirements, underlying tax documentation and communication with other regulatory bodies.
• Preparation of Manual form 8966 and 8966-C cover sheets.
• Audit of funds onboard and KYC and AML verification for US Hedge funds.

• Reviewed operational processes of product department for compliance with financial guidelines.
• Evaluated design and operating effectiveness of audit areas using vouching and reconciliation.
• Verified manufacturing team's compliance with quality control processes to help minimize rework and keep costs low.
• Initiated management representation letter recommendations and draft audit reports for management and executive reviews.

• Assisted the team in multiple cases of Anti-Dumping and CVD Submission and Verification: Experience of calculating and preparing data according to various Country Laws and computation of costing and sales data for submission.
• Preparation and drafting of responses and submissions for questionnaire made by International Trade Commission.
• Cost Determination and Analysis of products of clients for export purpose u/s 10 D of Anti-dumping for meeting the criteria of International Trade Commission.

• Product listing, uploading, and managing on, platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Engrave and Kalpane (International E-commerce platform) etc.
• Work with Amazon's Global Trade Services team to execute trade compliance strategies, drive and enforce global import processes, seek automation opportunities, and leverage new technologies.
