  PUMPS:

• Single and multistage in centrifugal, reciprocating, chemical dosing pumps and experience on overhauling and troubleshooting.
• Replace bearing, impeller, impeller wearing and balancing drum, repair mechanical seal and lapping.
• Balancing impeller, shaft, coupling, Soft, float checking.
• Repair or replacing dosing pumps, diaphragm, check valves, connecting rod and O-rings.
• Hand in overhauling Changing of plunger, gland packing, connecting rod, crank.
• Repair or replacing shaft bearings suction and discharge valves taking clearances and axial play.

 Mechanical Seals: 

• Refurbishing Mechanical seal. Changing primary and mating seals, retainer springs thrust plate O rings.
• Knowledge in leak testing in test bench.
• Lapping seal and checking flatness with optical flat passing monochromatic light and checking band width.

 Alignment Experience: 

• Having good experience in motor and pump alignment with the following methods:
• Laser Alignment (ROTALIGN SMART EX, SKF, EASY LASER) Rim and Face method.

 Compressor:

• Involved in repair and changing valves, Piston, Piston Rod, Piston Ring, Piston Pin and Cylinder liner, Bearing cross-head and Oil circuit equipment and Coolers Maintenance. Check and adjust the Cross Head Shoe Clearance, TDC & BDC.
• Maintaining limited clearance of Main bearings, big end and small end bearings. Refurbishment of Suction & Discharge valves, UNLOADER and renewal of cylinder liner., Check and replace the piston rings, rider/guider rings, stuffing box packing & wiper rings.

 Turbine:

• Having maintenance experience in Gas Turbine (2000,4000,6000,8000hrs). Having experience in Air filter, fuel filter and lube oil filter.
• Experience in cleaning and changing nozzle., Bore scope- Inspect for any blade breakage in compressor and turbine.
• Crank wash using Ultrasonic cleaner (70%) and water (30%).

 Valves:

• Good experience in overhauling, troubleshooting, seat lapping & testing the safety valves and all types of Mechanical Valves as per API & ASME Standards.

 Heat exchangers & Fin Fans:

• Working experience in U-Tube, Shell and tube and plate types heat exchangers such as cleaning, Hydro jetting, Hydro Testing and plugging.
• Experience in DM plant., Experience in Fin Fan Coolers. Experience in Condition & Monitoring of the Equipment.
• Fin Experienced in cleaning Fin, Fin fan alignment checking, Fin fan blade, bearing, soft, belt, replacement and Fin fan motor bearing replacement.

HS&E:

• Awareness of PPE., Lock out tag out, well experienced with work permit system., Knowledge about H2S and other toxic and flammable gases.
