• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

• HiPort Version Upgrade: HiPort Being is Fund Accounting application, which underwent Version Upgrade from BV6 to BV7
• Successfully coordinated BUAT end to end testing for Global HiPort BV7 Upgrade
• Align test schedules and test requirements according to respective Upstream systems like Front office App, Static data, pricing, CA and Downstream systems
• Coordinate with downstream system (Dev) to read change and report appropriate to clients, Managed client communication and Change process
• HiPort Release Management: Responsible for scheduling, planning, testing, implementing and monitoring of Global HiPort Releases in adherence to QC process
• Stake holder coordination.
