Worked with the RPA team to convert manually allocation and tracking by creating and internal SQL based tool (Locate) which enables work allocation by product and analyses the customer historical data to pre populate generic requirements and regulations required for agents to complete the order. The tool also tracks the status of the shipment updating the progress. Resulting in reduction in process lead time to 13% (2.08 minutes) with a saving of 3 FTE's enabling deployment in cross functional activities.
