• Installed SAP systems, kernel upgrades per technical documentation guidelines, adhering to SAP's best practices. Applied necessary .support packs to SAP, HANA, Sybase and Oracle products, maintaining up-to-date and secure software installations.
• Performed SAP ECC, NetWeaver, BOBJ & SAP HANA DB upgrade quarterly basis as per SAP suggestion. Performed System migration/Upgrade via DMO/SUM.
• Maintained and monitored daily operations of the SAP Basis environment.
