• Oversaw compliance with Green Rating of Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) requirements during construction of educational, Institutional and residential buildings, ensuring adherence to sustainable building practices
• Management Information System, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission to the regional safety head
• Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creation of HSE Alerts and Awareness amongst the Site work force through Safety Posters, Slogans, and Safety Alert Bulletins Display at Prominent Places
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Led monthly Safety Committee meetings, identified hazards, and developed mitigation strategies for employee safety in co-ordination with committee members
• Assumed accountability for effectively managing site emergencies, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
