-As credit & collection representative, I am responsible for thorough credit assessment and risk analysis to ensure credit worthiness and minimise credit related issues.

-Collections - timely follow ups, negotiations and resolution of outstanding invoices, resolving customer ad hoc queries and ensuring dispute resolution on time to prevent DDO & DSO.

-Account reconciliation - To ensure the account is up to date and in line with the customer payables system and address any discrepancies promptly.

-Cross functional collaboration - Collaborating with the sales and on shore credit team to align on any extension of payment terms, discussing month end numbers, requesting help on disputes, seeking insights and recommendations for improvements.
