• Responsible for UKG Pro/ Ultipro and SmartRecruiters system maintenance and providing technical support.
• Managing System configurations that includes Platform Configuration, Business Rules, System settings, Security access and Workflow Administration of Ultipro and SmartRecruiters.
• Worked on offshore/onshore HR projects Viz Onboarding, SmartRecruiters etc as a project/delivery manager. This includes requirement gathering, working with the relevant stakeholders, testing and managing go-live.
• Working on Process improvements/ enhancements and work towards better employee experience.
• Responsible for providing the UKG Spring/ fall upgrades to the internal HR stakeholders. This includes testing the new features and pushing them to production.
• Globally, worked on identifying the Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries of Human Resources and built the model in ServiceNow and People Assist ticketing tool. This include identifying and training the resources, creation of Job-aids, Categories and sub-categories to resolve the queries on time.
• Manage cases on ServiceNow & People Assist, as a key member of support team.
• Works on building strong stakeholder relationship and voice out my opinion/feedback as in required.

Projects Partnered On:

● SmartRecruiters (ATS): Worked as HR Processes expert in understanding the requirement of internal stakeholders and ensured to execute and delivered the project on strict deadlines

● Human Resources Service Delivery (ServiceNow and People Assist)- Responsible for taking the requirement from the businesses worked with relevant teams to build the forms, workflow and SLA metrics setup

● Ultipro Onboarding (Global)- Worked as a delivery manager. I was responsible for requirement gathering until the launch of new processes

Implemented and enhanced the Performance Management, Employee voice surveys, HR Service delivery, Role Based Access etc in the UKG/ Ultipro systems

• Supports internal end users with systems requests, processes and data management.
• Uses company-defined tools to track and monitor requests and issue resolution; escalates as needed.
• May perform data mass updates. Coordinates user system training and training documentation.
• Contributes to the effective delivery of system and process optimization.

• Technical support to employees and global HR's on SAP SuccessFactors tool.(EC, Onboarding, PM, Recruitment)
• Leave Management for All DIT Locations on Calamari tool ( India, Belgium, Germany, China, Italy, Latvia, Swiss, US)
• Support with SAP Successfactor, SAP Fiori(Timesheet tool), SAP Concur (processing & reporting).
• Experience with Service Now ticketing system.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Coordinates user system training and training documentation.
