  • Design of 3 channel isolated LLC resonant topology based power supply for low EMI/EMC application. The main objective here is to have high CMTI or low Cio.
  • Redesign of outdated power electronics hardware to meet electrical standards.
  • Design of power electronics hardware for 10kw phase shifted full bridge which includes gate drives , PFC , axillary power supply and PCB design for the same.
  • Transformer and inductor design.
  • Hardware testing and validation.
  • Interleaved buck converter design with analog peak current mode control.
  • Conducted failure mode and root cause analysis for the issues faced in the field.

  • Involved in design , development of high frequency magnetics like transformers and inductors , gate driver design, PCB design. The selected was buck derived isolated PWM full bridge converter with synchronous rectifier for secondary rectification.
  • Architectural Design , development, fabrication and testing of 20kw IGBT based power drive for electrocoagulation based water treatment system.
  • Fully fledged plug in gate driver card design for IGBTs and MOSFETs of various ratings which includes features like desat or over current protection, protection against miller turn-on or fault turn -on,15 amps charge current rating.
  • Design and prototyping of multiphase (interleaved) synchronous buck converter with 3 phases for 24v 150amps application.
  • Design and development of generic analog controlled 3kw Boost PFC stage for SMPS front end stage.
  • Designed flyback topology based regulated 50w multi output DC to DC converter for gate driver card power supply
  • Design and development of stackable 1.8kw constant current SMPS based on two switch forward converter with APFC at front end.
  • 24v ,30 amps constant current Dc to Dc converter based on buck topology with analog control.
