Responsibilities-

• Develop and implement safety program resulting in a 20% decrease in accidents and 15%reduction in worker’s compensation claims.
• Prepare, revised, and develop HSE standard/plans and support to top management & workplace according to legal guideline, customer, and organization requirement.
• Implementing & monitoring of HSE management system according to International Standards (ISO14001, ISO 45001& OSHAS 18001). Implementing of cooperates system & procedure at projects sites including customer requirements (Contractual).
• Participate in HSE core team meeting in identifying aspects & hazards at the workplace/facilities and establish control measure. Guiding & training site personnel in implementing them.
• Selection, evaluation & performance monitoring of on-site contractor including a system of penalties & incentives.
• Do the vendor assessment/evaluation of new contractor on HSE matters in bidding stage and support to top managements only qualify HSE contractor obtain the contract.
• Developed safety training matrix for all field and office personnel's.
• Conducted safety audit of construction & ONM projects and job site visits to check the effectiveness of safety policy.
• Site manager, supervisor, and employee on safety policy requirements and implementation resulting in a 25% increase in safety compliance.
• Managed a staff of Construction & operations projects site safety personnel for large capital projects in Pan India.
• Review the drawing in design phase and guide the engineering team all aspects of safety guidelines.
• Ensured accuracy in Standard & Act recordkeeping for the projects to avoid the legal actions and fines.
• Contribute to internal and external HSE audits -plan and conducts HSE audits at the projects site & take corrective/preventive actions promptly.

• Develop and deliver training programs on a defined frequency to all applicable levels of the organization, review effectiveness of the training plan and adjust according.
• Ensure safety for 220 KV switchyard & 220 KV Transmission Line and suggest to Management.
• Monthly HSE Management Information System (MIS) i.e., Analysis of Safety Violations/Accidents/Near miss/ TBT/Training Programs etc.
