Vehicle Architecture Leadership

• Lead the definition and development of new EV platform architectures from concept to architecture freeze.
• Balance design intent, technical feasibility, and manufacturing constraints at the vehicle level.
• Define and manage packaging, system interfaces, and layout strategies.

Technical Expertise & Integration

• Drive feasibility and packaging studies for battery, e-motor, inverter, cooling, HV routing, and structural layout.
• Develop and integrate front-module systems (cooling, front axle, HV components) and rear-end architecture (cross members, tail lamp brackets, rear axle).
• Ensure holistic understanding of vehicle architecture, electric propulsion integration, and thermal system packaging.

• Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure seamless integration across disciplines.

• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers and package engineers.
• Lead small technical teams, manage projects, and resolve issues across functions.

Innovation & Advanced Projects

• Focus on ideation, brainstorming for new “sky projects,” and patent generation.
• Design components and CAD assemblies for new technology projects.
• Perform DMU evaluations, detailing, drafting, and 2D preparation.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Present architecture reviews to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Compile meeting takeaways, track actions, and ensure closure.

Skills & Tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in CATIA, GD&T, assembly, detailing, and drafting.
• Awareness of integration of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.

Experience Profile

• 9+ years in vehicle architecture or advanced concept development.
• 4 years on BEV/FCEV/HICE programs, 2 years on defense programs, 3 years in adventure sports programs.
• Proven experience in clean-sheet platform development.

• Responsible for adapting TC6 chassis to increased wheelbase.
• Create CAD models for chassis long members and cross members.
• Collaborate with CFT teams (Electrical, VI, Gun team, testing) and develop solutions
• Design and develop Cabin for TC6 (BEL, Garuda), TC20.
• Evaluate designs based on regulations, performance and customer requirements.

• Design & Development of cradle structure for mounting powertrain (engine, transmission &transfer case together) to Tubular Space frame chassis.
• Design and development of powertrain mountings. ▪ Development & integration 100-350 cc lawnmower engines to single customized gearbox via CVT.
• Development & integration of rack and pinion steering mechanisms.
