Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate CRM data to be able to work with SPM tool - SAP Commissions.
• Configuration and implementation of sales performance management and develop solutions to meet client's business and technical requirements.
• Work on Enhancements and Change Requests according to changing business requirements.
• Develop sales plans to compensate and incentivize sales representatives of customers and accommodate logic for all LOB's.
• Work in an agile environment with data integration and reporting teams to develop standard and meaningful reports for the customer analysts.
• Work and fix bugs reported in existing logic, debug payment related discrepancies.
• End to End support for all payment cycle management activities for compensation.

Achievements

• Improved compensation pipeline performance by cleaning up the plan components and related rules which has reduced the customers wait time for data/reports by up to 3 Hours.
• Implemented SIP annexure and Payout changes for FY22 with the least disruption to the Customer's processing.
  A. These needed changes in Workflow, Commissions, and reporting.
  B. Implemented termination logic for sales representatives which was a manual task for the customer previously. This has helped the customer to automate payee terminations and stop payments when required.
  C. Implemented a new change which has eliminated the need for manual intervention in updating/creating new business objects.
• Implemented last minute requested changes during Q4 payouts for FY21 with no disruption to customer payouts.
• Configuring and designing plan components and rules for 4 LOBs consisting of 1400 Payees and generating sales reports in a time sensitive manner.
• Host weekly meeting for business reviews and prepare performance, technical reports.
