I've voluntarily have taken on many roles with the desire to advocate for the department while also improving various aspects of it. Being an officer with one of the most full-time tenure on the department, displays proven loyalty and dedication to the department. My goal is to continue my growth as a Police Officer with continuing to learn every opportunity I can , in doing so also supporting officers in the department with their own growth and goals.
