Design And Fabrication of Rhex Robot using Solid works and Ansys, 03/01/24, 05/01/24, To design a bio-inspired six-legged RHex robot using SolidWorks for 3D modelling and ANSYS for structural and motion analysis, followed by physical fabrication and testing for real-world terrain adaptability. A working prototype that demonstrates agile movement, simple control mechanism, and adaptability to uneven terrain. 

• Design and modeling of an agriculture tractor in CAD software, 03/01/21 the project involves designing and modeling an agriculture tractor using CAD software like SolidWorks Major parts such as the chassis, wheels, and engine mount are created with precise dimensions. Assembly tools help simulate motion and check part alignment. This virtual model aids in visualizing to present as a project in Canter CADD.

• Multipurpose Power tool- Drilling, Grinding and cutting with one motor, 03/01/19, 05/01/19, The project focuses on the manufacturing of a multipurpose power tool that performs drilling, grinding, and cutting using a single motor. A common shaft and interchangeable tool heads are connected to the motor via a coupler or pulley system. The motor drives different tools based on the selected attachment and direction. This design reduces cost, space, and increases functionality for workshop use.

• Design, Modelling and analysis of an Impeller using Solid works and Ansys, 09/01/23, 12/01/23, The project involves designing an impeller using SolidWorks for precise 3D modelling based on fluid dynamics principles. The model is then imported into ANSYS for structural and CFD analysis. Stress, deformation, and flow characteristics are evaluated to ensure efficiency and durability. This helps optimize the impeller for real-world applications like pumps and turbines.
