- Experience in Operation knowledge of crude Distillation column & vacuum distillation column, Booster Pumps, Desalter, stripper unit and knock out drum
- Carries out routine checks of the plant operating condition, sampling, checking of running condition of equipment
- Opening and shutting various valves manually or through Control Room
- Operates, monitors, starts and stops pumps and rotating equipment as instructed
- Test Run for the Standby Equipment as per the Schedule, Equipment handover for Maintenance, Gas Testing, troubleshooting Reports, different types of Valves, like PCV, LCV, FCV Controllers, Fuel Gas Purging and Filter Cleaning and soon
- Having good knowledge of Field operation experience in following Nitrogen & Air System, Water System, Cooling water System, Fire water System, Flare system, Fuel gas system
- Dehydration Tank, Heat Exchangers, De-emulsifier & Anti Foam Injection, other chemicals (Scale Inhibitor, Corrosion Inhibitor, Water Clarifier) Chemical Injection Pumps
- Plant process parameter's monitoring and control
- Coordinating with Panel Operators and make adjustments to achieve desire parameter in process plant
- Preparing work permits for supervisory approval
- Making log book entries describing maintenance needs and operations for use of the next shift
- Monitor recording instruments, flow meters, panel lights, or other indicators and listen for warning signals, to verify conformity of process conditions
- Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by supervisory personnel
- Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant and ensuring strict compliance of safety procedures and standard operating procedures
