Sodexo India – In 2010 I began My journey with the company as a Facility Executive, where I diligently contributed to various projects and honed My skills in Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, I progressed within the organization, earning promotions along the way. Today, I am proud to hold the esteemed position of General Manager - FM Plant form - Soft services SME for Country. Overall 25 years’ experience in cleaning technology. (10yesrs in Hotels & 15 years in FM) Thorough knowledge in methods of cleaning activities at the Star Hotels, Industrial factories, Building sites, Education segment, Pharma & Food related industries.

Strong knowledge to support Business development for site scoping & Competitive solution support for soft services functions in all types of facility.

Good Benchmark knowledge of cleaning activity, Locations in all type of facility, cleaning consumable & Automation cleaning.

Developed Mechanized approach template for identifying all the manual cleaning activities from various Industrial Factories, Corporate office facilities & Ground Maintenance, recommending the right Automation solution with Manpower optimization & ROI Details – Provided suitable cleaning machines for minimum cleanable area Sqft & 3 Types of brands with cost details – This temple was very much supported for BID solution & Exiting site FM to procure the appropriate cleaning machines & Qty as per the cleaning frequencies. 


Created RAP (Resource Allocation Plan) Template for BID & Existing site optimization support – Identified various facilities cleaning activity motion study for Industrial Factories, Office Facilities & Education segments – Created the Benchmark productivity for all the location FULL & SPOT Cleaning activity based on the stop watch cleaning durations – When BD & Operations applying the Location wise Sqft & Cleaning frequency the template will project the Manpower requirements, This is highly helped to propose the appropriate cleaning solution for New Business & Analyzing the gaps & Better utilization of the exiting functions. 


Developed Benchmark productivity for Manpower – Sqft for cleaner, Cost per Sqft for cleaning consumables & Cost per Head for Toiletries, Identified & Collected in depth details from various facilities operations, Developed Cleaning benchmark template for FM Operation & BID support. 


Cleaning Innovations, Best practices & Quick win temple developed & communicating to all the Segment operation by giving training for them to implement & This is been added in to our Global Innovation hub portal. 


Created Specific FM Cleaning program for Automobile industries, Office facility & Education segment – Developed Location/Sub location wise cleaning approach with the process & Recommended cleaning frequency (Full & Spot)
