Reporting to higher subordinates regarding the outputs, breakdown and quality through. Facilitate smooth operation of SMT lines in a high-volume-medium mixed EMS environment. Responsibilities for increasing Availability of machine, Maintenance strategies, Procedures and Methods. Effective escalation to suppliers on open points, Optimizing Product cycle time, Yield, Scrap reduction and Improving OEE. Interface with Quality, Project Engineers and Customer to make sure all ECNs are implemented according to their requirements. Co-ordinate with CFT for CAPA, Process yield and DOE for process optimization. Ensure the product and process compliance as per control plan requirement and Review on PFMEA, PDCA and APQP. Recommend work instructions for continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen) and Actively involved in DFM. Troubleshooting and Programming knowledge of SMT machines & Conformal coating ANDA & AXXON. Participated in NPI co-ordination meetings from conceptual designing to completion of proto runs for new customers. Work with PCB Designers to eliminate design related issues on PCB, FPC SMT Components and Drawings.
