• Ensured all the risks were captured and taken care appropriately.
• Received high customer satisfactory rating for the delivered product.

Project: NASCO PROCESSING SYSTEM

Contribution:

• Processing the customer service request (CSR) as per the requirements in TDD.
  Follow the process specified in the CSR checklist.
• Updating the status in the Project Data Manager (PDM).
• Code changes on the impacted Programs, Copybooks, Geno Tables, etc.
• Code review, Review of Deliverables.
• Unit Testing & Preparing Unit test report for the CSR before moving into the MO Region.
• Walkthrough with the customer on oepn issues.
• Providing the Approved amount to be paid on a claim to the Financial & the Back end team.
