· QA Lead responsible for the BFD projects application delivery and CL Rate revision.

· Responsible for System & Regression Testing.

· Responsible for researching business process and technical specifications from clients to prepare and execute implementation plans.

· Involving Business case analysis directly with Client.

· Responsible for testing effort estimation.

· Responsible for understanding the strategic direction, priorities and needs of our business partners.

· Perform root cause analysis, uncover critical business requirements, and facilitate solution delivery.

· Ensure product compliance with ongoing changes to the project.

· Mentor and train team members on best document design and standard process and procedure practices.

· Troubleshoot and verify data changes.

· Oversee the complete software development and testing cycle for the project and make sure the system deployment meets client’s requirements on time.

· Report project progress to CSC USA & India management.

· On-Site Assignment - Totally involved in End-to-End Testing, Data base Testing, Reviewing of all High level Test Scenarios at client place (Coventry, UK).

· Test case preparation and execution.

· Performing unit level, functional, regression, integration, system and end-to-end testing.

· Browser compatibility Testing

· Parallel/Audit Testing Testing
