Project role : Project Manager

Project Description : Managed the development of 149 villa, including infrastructure works, structure completion and finishing work.

Achievements

• Completed structure work for 66 villas and finishing work for 47 villas
• Successfully handed over 20 villas to customer with high end quality.
• Successfully finished clubhouse and handed over to Customer association.

Prestige Leela residency (2021 to 2022)

Project role : Deputy manager

Project Description: Managed the finishing work of 88 luxury flats .

Achievement

• Successfully handled finishing work of25 luxury flats ,ensuring customer satisfaction.

The prestige city (2020to 2021)

Project role : Assistant project manager

Project Description: Managed 2.47 km of road work including landscape and managed 3.78 km boundary work.

Achievements

• Successfully handed over to maintenance team.

The prestige sunrise park

Project role : Senior Project Engineer

Project Description : Managed the development of 2 towers 340 flats, including structure completion and finishing work.

Achievement

• Successfully handed over 340villas to customer with high end quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Executing work at Site according to structural drawing in correlation with architectural & MEP drawings
• Preparation and Monitor of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, Materials and Sub- contractors Tracking Schedules
• Co-ordination with the all departments for proper execution of work at site.
• Preparation of monthly MIS Reports and sharing to top management.
• Rate analysing of projects in specific variables overall cost and profitability
• Cost Control , Tracking projects expenses and identifying deviations from budgets.
• Handled the onsite project management functions for Prestige Sunrise Park Project and The Prestige City especially monitoring.
• Checking time cycle of various activities to cut down execution cost, planning regarding delayed works, establishing root cause for slip & providing solutions.
• Responsible for quality checking, controlling and safety implementations at site.
• Resources Allocation, which involves in determining the quantities of material , labour and other requirements
• Responsible for implementation of ISO and OHSAS at site and maintaining records as per ISO Documents.
• Responsible for labour and Materials management with respect to daily, weekly and monthly plan.
