• Maintenance in tyre building machine like VMI VAST ,MILEXX and BAMTRI make machines.
• Hands on experience in E+L centering system for belt and liner centering.
• Procurement and maintaining a spare parts for the machines to reduce the down time of the machine.
• Having hands on experience in control valve, pressure transmitter, solenoid valves, pressure switch
• Gives OJT (On the Job Training ) to the Electricians and doing assessment.
• Daily Energy monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
• Preparing MTTR and MTBF and daily reports
• Preparing monthly report for the downtime of machines and RCA for same.
