• Understanding how the skid systems work in the customer plant based on the requirements, since the machines are built custom.

• Created a master procedure document to maintain a good manufacturing practice checklist, to avoid problems during the assembly of the machine.

• The machine inspection report and FAT will be with the customer to clear technical queries.
• Also taken care of machine installation and commissioning at the customer site, performed SAT.
• Having good knowledge about good documentation practices, such as technical manuals, and performing Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) at the customer site.

Worked in operation and maintenance for primary and secondary water treatment plants.

• Operation and maintenance of the softener, MGF, RO system, RO cleaning and sanitization system, DM plant, UF system, WFI, and Purified Water Loop System, MCDS System, PSG, and electrical heat exchanger.

Operation & maintenance for Utility equipment's.

• Operation and maintenance of air compressors and cooling towers, chillers, HVAC systems, AHUs, RO1 and RO2, and dehumidifier units, BMS system.
• Update the operation logbook and PM checklist online.

Handling of Process Equipment.

• Handling of granulation and line equipment like RMG, FBE, Blender and sifter, stirrer, etc.
• Handling of compression and coating line equipment like metal detector, DE duster, Neo Cota and colloid mill.
• Handling of capsule machine-like vacuum machine, check weighers, capsule machine etc
• Recently installed FBE-1200L and RMG1300L capacity granulation equipment and blister pack CAM machine and line equipment installation done with equipment validation and documentation.
