Started with a core competence as a embedded device engineer, focusing on integration of multiple multimedia technologies (AV Sync, Trick mode, PVR, DVR and DVB), architecting the device software to provide OTT, IPTV, CATV services. Being a pioneer in RDK technology to enable open software for media and communication systems, acted as software architect and consultant for Operators, SOC vendors across the globe. 

• Architected AWS based SaaS platform which is multitenent and supports data compliance including GDPR, which supports 2+ M concurrency
• Designed data hub and analytical system which collects data from 5 M CPE devices that improved NPS from -14 to +25 with monthly market releases
• Created and scaled SaaS and PaaS platforms and enabled it with 2+ M concurrency in AWS and Azure
• Orchestrated multi-country applications to provide video streaming services across 190+ countries and over 10+ platforms
• Spearheaded Automation initiatives to bring operational cost reduction, which resulted in more than 35% ROI, 30+ workflows, while creating automation framework using custom BPA

Deployment and NPS improvement

• Orchestrated application development and deployment of 190+ countries for an OTT system in 10+ application platforms including Mobile, TV and Devices
• Created and designed an analyctical system which results in NPS improvement for European operator and executed it to provide better customer experience and scale
