ownership of sales and go-to-market for ProtocolX24, AI Bot, and Interview Prep solutions.

2. Built the sales function from the ground up — including hiring, onboarding, sales playbook

development, GTM strategy, and performance management systems.

3. Scaled the India team from 5 to 120+ members within 1.6 years across Recruiters, Sales, Customer Success and Support functions, creating a high-performance, execution-driven culture.
